VANTA MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Membership Fees and Activation
All membership fees must be paid in full prior to activation. The membership term commences upon the Member’s first physical entry into Vanta and remains valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
Membership fees are non refundable under all circumstances. Vanta reserves the right to decline or cancel any membership application if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be subject to refund or credit due to delays associated with construction or ongoing improvements to the Club.

3. Suspension and Termination
Vanta reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, misuse, misconduct, or breach of the Club’s rules, policies, or code of conduct. Membership may be immediately terminated if a Member attempts to solicit, recruit, poach, influence, or otherwise interfere, directly or indirectly, with Vanta staff, personnel, consultants, contractors, or affiliates. Termination results in the immediate revocation of all membership privileges without refund or compensation.

4. Transferability
Corporate memberships may be reassigned within the same organisation, subject to prior written approval from Vanta. All other memberships are strictly non transferable, non assignable, and may not be sold, shared, or exchanged. Any unauthorised transfer or sharing of access may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Initiation Fee
A one time initiation fee of SGD 6,000 applies to all membership tiers. This fee is waived exclusively for Founding Members as part of their enrolment privileges. The initiation fee is non refundable and non transferable in all circumstances.

6. Membership Privileges and Limitations
Membership grants access to Vanta facilities, services, and events in accordance with the applicable membership tier. Membership does not confer any equity, ownership, profit participation, voting rights, or financial interest in Vanta or any related entity. Access and privileges are subject to capacity limits, booking requirements, event restrictions, operational considerations, and house policies.

7. Conduct and Compliance
Members must comply with all house rules, codes of conduct, and applicable laws and regulations. Vanta reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspension or termination, if a Member’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the Club, its Members, or its staff.

8. Amendments to Terms
Vanta may amend, revise, or update membership benefits, pricing, policies, or these terms at its discretion to maintain operational integrity and the overall member experience. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes where reasonably practicable.

9. Personal Data and Communications
By enrolling, Members consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data for membership administration, security, and communications in accordance with Vanta’s Privacy Policy. Members may receive communications related to Club operations, events, and membership matters.

10. Liability and Risk
Vanta is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises, except where such loss arises from proven negligence. Members enter and use Vanta premises entirely at their own risk.
