These terms and conditions govern all membership agreements with VANTA Private Members Club. By enrolling as a member, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions in full.
Membership Fees and Activation
All membership fees must be paid in full before activation. The membership term begins upon first physical entry into VANTA and continues for the specified duration. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds and Cancellations
Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. VANTA may decline or cancel any membership application if provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Fees will not be refunded due to construction delays or club improvements.
Suspension and Termination
VANTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice. Grounds include misuse, misconduct, or breach of club rules. Attempting to solicit or interfere with VANTA staff results in immediate termination without refund.
Transferability
Corporate memberships may be reassigned within the same organisation with written approval. All other memberships are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, shared, or exchanged. Unauthorised transfers may result in suspension or termination.
Initiation Fee
A one-time initiation fee of SGD 6,000 applies to all membership tiers, waived exclusively for Founding Members. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership Privileges and Limitations
Membership provides access to facilities, services, and events according to tier level. Membership does not confer ownership, voting rights, or financial interest. Access is subject to capacity limits and house policies.
Conduct and Compliance
Members must comply with house rules and applicable laws. Inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination.
Amendments to Terms
VANTA may modify membership benefits, pricing, and policies at its discretion. Members will be notified of material changes when reasonably practicable.
Personal Data and Communications
By enrolling, members consent to data collection and use for membership administration and communications, in accordance with VANTA's Privacy Policy.
Liability and Risk
VANTA is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises, except where such loss arises from proven negligence.
