Club Overview

VANTA positions itself as an exclusive environment for individuals operating at the intersection of culture, capital, and influence. We emphasise discretion and meaningful relationships over scale and publicity. Membership is by invitation or proposal only, and our community is defined by the quality of its character rather than the quantity of its members.

Membership Categories

VANTA offers several membership tiers, each with defined privileges:

• Blue Key Members, Standard elected members with full club privileges
• Black Key Members, A capped category (maximum 50) with extended privileges and priority access
• Founding Members, Blue Key members with special founding benefits, including initiation fee waiver
• Spousal Members, Spouses of Blue Key members with access to core facilities
• Corporate Members, Up to two designated representatives per corporate account
• Overseas Members, Limited to 12 visits annually for members residing outside Singapore
• Honorary Members, Invited by the Key Council at their discretion

Key Council & Governance

The Key Council oversees membership decisions, culture standards, and the evolution of the club. All governance decisions require a 75% approval threshold, with votes due within 72 hours of issue. The Council's decisions are final and are not subject to external appeal.

Admission Process

Membership is by invitation or proposal only. The club may request interviews, background information, and reference checks as part of the application process. The Key Council reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Unsuccessful applicants are generally not eligible to reapply within one year of their initial application.

Fees and Renewal

Membership becomes effective upon full payment of all applicable fees. Annual fees do not include food and beverage credits unless otherwise stated. Membership renews automatically unless 30 days' written notice of cancellation is given prior to the renewal date. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-refundable.

A one-time initiation fee of SGD 6,000 applies to all membership tiers and is waived exclusively for Founding Members.

Operating Hours

VANTA is generally open daily from 11:00 to 24:00, subject to private event closures and seasonal adjustments. Members will be notified of any temporary changes to operating hours.

Children, Permitted within the club on Saturdays and Sundays only, and must exit the premises by 16:00.

Guest Policy

Members may host guests within the club in accordance with their membership tier. Most members may host up to five guests per visit. Guests must be accompanied by the hosting member at all times and are subject to all house rules. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is the minimum standard at VANTA at all times. The following are not permitted within the club premises:

• Sportswear, activewear, and gym clothing
• Flip-flops or beach footwear
• Casual shorts or beachwear
• Clothing with offensive graphics or slogans

Management reserves the right to deny entry to any individual whose attire does not meet the club's standards.

Conduct Standards

VANTA operates on the principle of mutual respect, discretion, and self-regulation. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use or possession of illegal drugs or substances
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct
• Gambling in any form
• Physical or verbal altercations
• Solicitation of staff or other members
• Conduct deemed inconsistent with club values

Photography and video recording within the club requires prior written approval from management. Mobile devices must be kept on silent at all times within lounge areas.

Special Facilities

Cigar Room, Available by advance reservation only. Members may host up to three non-member guests per booking. Sitting fees apply for all guests.

Golf Simulator, Available by advance booking and subject to a minimum food and beverage spend. Priority is given to members with reservations.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Privacy is fundamental to the VANTA experience. Members must not discuss, identify, or reference other members or club events in any public forum without written consent from all parties involved. Social media use within or about the club must respect member anonymity and the culture of discretion that defines VANTA.

Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

Suspension and Termination

VANTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice, where conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values and standards of the club. This includes violations of house rules, conduct unbecoming of a member, or failure to settle outstanding accounts.

Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become immediately due, all privileges cease, and membership cards must be returned to the club. All fees paid are non-refundable, except in the case of the member's death, where a family transfer may be considered at the Key Council's discretion.

VANTA members enjoy access to an evolving portfolio of partner benefits across hospitality, lifestyle, travel, and business. Details of current partner offers are available at the membership desk and through the member portal. Benefits are subject to change and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Complaints and Feedback

We take all member feedback seriously. Complaints should be directed to the Club Manager in the first instance, either in person or in writing. All complaints are treated in strict confidence and will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
